・モチベーションと進歩の感覚を守るため、1つのステップをクリアしたら自分にご褒美を与える。
・達成までの計画やプロセスを記録し、グラフや絵を使って分かりやすく示す。
・心が折れそうなときは諦めるのではなく、一時的に前の習慣に戻ったと解釈する。
